Pretty new paper!

The new collection from Bo Bunny, Alissa, arrived at the Haus yesterday. It is soooooo pretty. I am going to try to get to the store and pick some up so I can make a sample LO. Anybody have a pretty little girl picture I can borrow? ;) I completed my LO with the "It's My Party" paper. The lens on my camera is messed up, so the picture is very messed up. I haven't put my photos on it yet. When I do, I will either post a new picture or take it up to Susan.

A good time was had by all last Friday at the Scrapbook Haus. Congratulations to Patti Denmark. She was the winner of the basket of goodies give away that evening.

I am pretty tired after a fun, busy family day today. (we went to Austin to watch the Longhorns play the Orange/White scrimmage. It was so fun. I am sooooo pumped up for football season! (sorry Susan, but I gotta say it) HOOK 'EM HORNS!) Plus, Mondays are supposed to be laundry day for me. I guess you will just have to check back and see! As promised...

...here are pictures of the Valentine's mini-album I made for my DH. He was really surprised and seemed to really like it. I've never been one to make the "mini" albums. I've always stuck to my normal 12 X 12 LOs. But I have quickly discovered, I LOVE making them! I made a mini album for my son Garrett for his 9th birthday. I felt such a sense of accomplishment to complete an ENTIRE album during one Friday Nite crop. I just purchsed my new Basic Grey paper from the Haus on Friday, and I think I am going to use it in some sort of mini album as well.

It's almost Valentine's Day!

Have you created anything for that special someone? I am currently working on a mini-album for my DH using the Fancy Pants paper, "Splendid". Here is a sneak peek of the title page. I am hoping to be finished by tomorrow and will post pictures when the album is done. If you haven't gotten started on something yet, its NOT too late.
