PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!

Please say a pray for those in the path of Hurricane Ike.

DON'T FORGET

Tomorrow is the big Garage Sale at Scrapbook Haus. The store will open at 9am. Hope to see you there!

9/11

I can't believe it has already been 7 years since the 9/11 attacks. I remember being in a classroom full of 1st graders when I heard the horrific news. Be sure to take a moment today to remember all those in thought and prayer who were directly affected by the attack. I am so glad to have a president in the White House that is not afraid to stand up to evil, even though it makes his approval rating so low. God bless George W. and God bless this great country where we can all enjoy our freedom.

Garage Sale this Saturday

Just a reminder about the upcoming Garage Sale this Saturday. Come with your cash in hand to find some spectacular bargains. This is a great way to stock up on scrapbook items at a really low price. The sale will begin at 9am and last until 6pm.

Have you seen the new Round-It-All by Zutter? It is a heavy Duty Corner Rounder that comes with a lifetime warranty and rounds almost anything and everything up to 1/8'' material thickness. Round chipboard, tin, leather and acrylic! It comes in 2 sizes. This baby is a must have. Scrapbook Haus carries them both along with lots of other Zutter products. Stop by the Haus and check 'em out.

GO VOTE!

There are 3 terrific entries for the first blog contest. Be sure you drop by the store and vote for your favorite. While you're there, pick up some of the new college paper by Sports Solutions, and participate in the 2nd blog contest. Remember, your entry doesn't have to be a scrapbook layout. So, get creative and shows us what 'cha got! :) (Pictures of this paper are posted under the August 28th blog entry.) I am working on my example using this paper, and I will get it posted ASAP! The deadline to turn your entry into the Haus is Friday, September 19th. The winner of the 1st contest will be announced that same day.

Contest Deadline, New Page Kit and New Contest

Don't forget to get your entries for the first blog contest turned in today. Since there is a crop this evening you have until midnight to bring it to the store
